Entry deadline :                     September 1st 2022

• Entry form – please fill the attached form and send back to coordinator@curling.cz
• Organizers are able to enter 10-12 foreign teams
• Entry fee:      € 300 per team (incl.desserts after lunch, practice options)
                                 € 20 per person – transport to and from venue.
                                 € 25 per person – transport from and to the airport. Private trips transport are not included.
• Entry fee deadline:                September 15th 2022

• Cancellation conditions:

Please, be aware of the following conditions in case you cancel your participation at this   tournament:

            before September 15th 2021 - 50 EUR as the handling fee

            15.9.-29.9. 2022  – 150 EUR

            Less than 2 weeks before the tournament – 300 EUR

The COVID situation will be monitored, we would like to assure you we will do everything to be able to organize this tournament. If there is any problem with Covid restrictions, we will reimburse the entry fee payment.

• Accommodation:        The organizers have managed to prepare allocated rooms and discounted travel agent prices for the tournament participants in our contract hotels TOP Hotel **** and Globus ***. Please contact Radek Bohac - vernertour@vernertour.com to secure the accommodation or if you have any questions or need to request another type of accommodation. Flexible cancellation fees. Option: 4.9.2022
• Transport: Organizer will provide transport from and to airport or railway station if required.
• Competition: Competition will follow the WCF rules of play for wheelchair curling.

    Protest fee 50 €.
